Jeff Wolk co-founded Fenwick-Keats in 1989 along with Rob Anzalone and in 2006 merged their company with Goodstein Residential, one of New York’s most prominent real estate families to create Fenwick Keats Goodstein. The company has often been ranked has one of New York's top real estate companies by The Real Deal, an industry trade paper. The company has 120 licensed agents working at four Manhattan locations.
