Biography
Martin Goodstein has been with Goodstein Management, Inc. since 1959. He became Chairman in 2000.
Mr. Goodstein was born in New York City, and attended New York University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. He and his wife, Patricia, have three children and four grandchildren.
Mr. Goodstein continually seeks out new ventures for investment, his major focus being on development and growth, while overseeing the corporate end of Goodstein Management, Inc., as well as being active in the day-to-day management of the more than 12,000 apartments, co-ops and condominiums Goodstein Management, Inc. owns and manages.
